Modular Financial Planning

Minimum fee: $500

Rate: $250 per hour, rounded to the nearest half hour

Includes free, 30min consultation to determine scope of project and give you a price quote. See below for details.

  • How readily available the financial information is - are all statements organized in a file system or does it need to be extracted from a box full of loose documents?
  • How in depth do you want to go into the topic or situation?
  • Are you looking simply for recommendations to implement yourself or would you like us to implement them?

Each package includes a free, 30min consultation before you commit as well as lifetime access to your Personal Financial Management Portal. A price quote for your specific situation will be provided at this meeting.

Investment Management (+Free Financial Planning*)

Minimum Account Size: $100,000

Pricing based on total value of your accounts, or Assets Under Management (AUM).  There are no additional commissions, sales charges or hidden costs:

  • $100k-$250k - up to 1.4%
  • $251k-$750k - up to 1.2%
  • $751k-$1.25mil - up to 1.1%
  • $1.251mil-$2mil - up to 1%
  • $2.01mil-$5mil - up to .75%
  • Over $5mil - up to .50%

*Minimum AUM to receive free Financial Planning is $250,000, number of hours allowed per year vary depending on AUM:

  • $250k-$400k: up to 6hrs
  • $401k-$600k: up to 10hrs
  • $601k-$800k: up to 15hrs
  • $801k-$1mil:  up to 20hrs
  • Over $1mil:    up to 30hrs
  • Over $5mil:    No limit

Complimentary 30min Initial Meeting

We require all prospective clients to schedule a free, 30min consultation prior to any engagement to ensure that we are a good fit for one another and that we are able to assist with your specific situation. 

During this initial meeting we will assess your needs and provide a flat fee quote for our services, most of the time. As long as no additional services are later added to the engagement, your quoted price is the maximum you will pay even if additional time is required to complete the project.

In some instances, when the complexity of a project is uncertain, we may only be able to give a range of hours required and will be in constant contact with updates and time spent to ensure there are no surprises. 

For areas outside our core competencies we have a wide range of local professionals that we would be glad to refer you to.


Payment Methods

Financial Planning - Standalone services can only be paid for via standard check. Please make all checks payable to: SagePoint Financial, Inc.

Investment Management - Fees are automatically billed out of the account(s) managed on a quarterly basis at the agreed upon annual rates listed in the table below. Additional financial planning services in excess of included annual limits noted below can be paid via check or debited from the same investment account.

At this time we are unable to accept any other payment method including credit card, bank ACH, etc. We apologize for any inconvenience.


Payment Due

Financial Planning - At the onset of the engagement, one half of the price quoted is due prior to any delivery of services. At the completion of the project, the remaining balance is due immediately upon delivery.

Investment Management - Debited quarterly, see above.
